Trondhjem Lutheran Church’s Annual Congregational Meeting has been set for January 29. In keeping with past practice it will begin with a potluck dinner at 11 am, with the meeting called to order at 11:45 am. Please bring a main dish, vegetable, salad, or dessert to share in the potluck. Utensils, beverages, and rolls will be provided.
At our Annual Congregational Meeting we will elect new members to the Trondhjem Church Council, the Audit Committee, and the Nominating Committee. We will approve a budget for the next twelve months, through the end of January 2013. Any item may be brought up for discussion at the Annual Congregational Meeting.
The Trondhjem church office will compile the Annual Report of the congregation and plans to have it ready for distribution on January 22, if not sooner.
